Return and Exchange Policy

The online store javer.ee cares about its customers and provides the opportunity to return and exchange products in accordance with applicable laws.

1. General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

1.1. The buyer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

1.2. The product must be in its original condition, without signs of use, with intact labels, seals, and original packaging.

1.3. Returns and exchanges do not apply to personal hygiene products, underwear, hosiery, or custom-made products.

2. Return and Exchange Procedure

2.1. Print the invoice and choose the appropriate option: return or exchange. In case of an exchange, specify which product you want in return. (If you made a purchase as a registered customer, you can view your order history here: https://javer.ee/en/order-history)

2.2. Pack the product properly to avoid damage during transportation.

2.3. Send the product along with the printed invoice via Itella Smartpost, Omniva, DPD, or Venipak parcel machine to Tallinna Sikupilli Prisma. If you are unable to send the package via a parcel machine, you can send it via DPD courier to Noole tee 14-4, Järveküla, Estonia 75304.

2.4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.

2.5. The cost of returning and exchanging a quality product is borne by the customer.

3. Refunds

3.1. Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

3.2. The time for the refund to be credited depends on the payment system and may take up to 10 business days.

4. Warranty and Return of Defective Products

4.1. If the buyer receives a defective product or there is an error in the order, they must contact us within 5 days of receiving the order.

4.2. The online store javer.ee covers the costs of returning and exchanging defective products.
