SALES TERMS

1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1. These general terms and conditions apply to the relationships arising between customers of JAVER.EE (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") and the owner of JAVER.EE, Flossy Eesti OÜ (hereinafter referred to as "JAVER.EE"), when purchasing goods.

1.2. These general terms and conditions cannot contradict the existing laws of the Republic of Estonia and, when necessary (in case of disputes or lack of information), they are supplemented by the specified norms.

1.3. In addition to these terms, the relationship between the Customer and JAVER.EE is regulated by product information, pricing policy, the right to withdraw from the purchase, and the claims procedure.

1.4. JAVER.EE reserves the right to unilaterally amend these terms, product descriptions, and prices for the purpose of improving efficiency, competitiveness, further development, and product range enhancement or reorganization. Changes and additions to the terms and prices for goods come into effect from the moment of their publication on the page www.JAVER.EE. If the Customer has placed an order before the changes take effect, the conditions in effect at the time of order placement apply to the Customer, except in cases provided by law or these terms.

1.5. JAVER.EE and the Customer wish to conduct transactions based on the conditions set forth in this document through the JAVER.EE website at www.JAVER.EE. By confirming their order and making a prepayment on the JAVER.EE website, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and agree to the sales terms.

2. JAVER.EE PRICE LIST

2.1. Prices for products sold on the JAVER.EE website are listed in euros and do not include delivery costs.

2.2. The cost of delivering the product depends on the delivery method selected by the Customer when placing the order.

2.2.1. Through the SmartPOST OÜ pickup point within the Republic of Estonia.

2.2.2. Through the Omnova Post24 OÜ pickup point within the Republic of Estonia and Republic of Latvia and Republic of Lithuania.

2.2.3. Through the DHL, Packeta, DPD or Itella pickup point within the European Union and the United Kingdom.

2.3. JAVER.EE reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Customer placed an order before the changes take effect, the price specified in the order confirmation at the time of order placement applies, provided the order is not canceled for reasons stated in section 6.2.

3. CART AND ORDER PLACEMENT

3.1. The Customer's cart is created when they click the "Add to Cart" button.

3.2. Adding items to the cart does not obligate the Customer to make a purchase.

3.3. The Customer can modify the quantity of items in the cart and remove items if necessary.

3.4. Items in the cart are available to other customers until the order is confirmed, and adding items to the cart does not reserve them.

3.5. To place an order, the Customer clicks the "Place Order" button.

3.6. When placing an order, the Customer selects a convenient delivery method and payment method and verifies the accuracy of the billing and delivery addresses provided.

3.7. The accuracy of the information provided in the order affects the smooth delivery of purchased items and possible additional expenses. After clicking the "Confirm Order" button, an order confirmation is automatically sent to the Customer's email address. Until the order is confirmed, the items are also available to other customers.

3.8. The sales contract is considered concluded when the Customer pays the order amount within the specified period to the JAVER.EE bank account based on the order confirmation.

4. PAYMENT FOR ORDERED GOODS

4.1. The Customer can choose a convenient payment method when placing an order.

4.2. Through Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, or Revolut bank cards, by clicking the "Return to Seller" button after payment.

4.3. By bank transfer based on the order confirmation within 3 calendar days from the order confirmation date.

4.4. Through a PayPal account using a credit card.

4.5. The order can be paid using another convenient method (in a bank or through a payment terminal).

4.6. In the case of international transfers, the Customer pays a commission according to the bank's tariffs.

4.7. After placing an order and making the payment, the Customer will receive an automatic order confirmation at the email address provided.

4.8. If the Customer does not receive an order confirmation at their email address, it means the order was processed incorrectly, the Customer's mailbox is full, or an incorrect email address was provided. If an order confirmation is not received within 1 hour from order placement, please contact info@javershoes.ee.

4.9. If the Customer does not pay the order within 3 calendar days from the order placement date, JAVER.EE considers that the Customer is canceling the purchase and cancels the order. Before canceling the order, a reminder will be sent to the Customer's email address.

5. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF GOODS

5.1. After concluding the contract in accordance with the terms in section 3.8. and provided section 1.5. is met, the goods will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer during order placement.
